Well I picked up the foam in a 20' U-Haul as that is the only size I could find to rent. The Hull pieces were quite large at about 6.5' by 3.25' each.  Jay Webb had cut them close to the size needed but there was still quite a lot of variation in the actual shapes/sizes due to the hotwire machine and  differences in the foam blocks.  So I made hotwire cutting templates to make sure the each foam piece was consistent in size.  You can see the templates by clicking the Hotwire link on the Home page. Ok Mike, you can unload the truck now!
The last two pictures show the gaps in the foam due to the different sizes.
